Dr Rath's website. Useful information on the International Codex Alimentarius, and the negative effects (and culture) of a pharmaceutically driven health industry. Dr. Rath points out that many pharmaceuticals have long-term side effects which are the same as (or worse than) the illnesses they are trying to prevent. His list is far from comprehensive, but nevertheless interesting reading. He also runs a campaign to prevent the International Codex being used to destroy freedom of access to nutritional medicine. (If I was in any way even slightly paranoid, I would suspect that there was a conspiracy to keep the worlds population ill and uninformed!)

Medical cures & suppressed therapies Webring - therapies devised by mainstream doctors (and others) which have been subject to various degrees of official prejudice. If you have an idea which is out of step with current medical thought, it can seriously harm your health. In the USA this often includes court action by the American Medical Association (AMA) or the FDA. Hans Hertels research into the immune suppression effects of microwave cooked foods was legally restrained by the Swiss Government (under pressure from a group of microwave cooker manufacturers and retailers). Similarly, research by Dr. Hamer into the emotional causes of cancer have been vigorously suppressed by the German government, and he was recently arrested (thus preventing his appearance at a cancer conference in London). It might interest you to know that a reflexologist was jailed in Switzerland as late as 1976 for practicing "quackery", whereas now both the Swiss and Danish governments sponsor Reflexology research. Eunice Ingham and her fellow Reflexologists in the USA were also subject to persecution by the AMA up to the 1970's.

Tony Porters Advanced Reflexology Site. I studied ART, and used it for some time before falling in love with Craniosacral work. This is a very powerful form of Reflexology, which I really ought to use more often.. Having said that, Metamorphic Technique, its diametric opposite, is also very powerful. What's the difference? ART teaches to press to the threshold of pain, whereas Metamorphic technique is so soft, it's almost off-body. My feeling is, it's good to have the choice of working at either end of the spectrum.
